                                                                                            Tips

You do not have to be a professional photographer to take a good picture.

#1. Get a good view of the house, in most cases, a frontal view that represents the best features of the house and setting.

#2.Sunlight- With good light you can see color, shadows, shape and form. All necessary for a good painting.  Morning or late afternoon sun are usually the best times.

#3. Time of the year, when the house looks the best. Spring with flowers, in the fall or maybe with snow.

#4. No people, sorry or pets. Thing that do not add to the beauty of the house, like power lines, toys, cars etc are left out.
